Meditative Yoga private Sessions are 1 hour 30 minutes duration.

standing, sitting, prone, supine, balancing posture. As well as pranayama, mediation, yoga nidra, or any form of Yoga techniques. Its emphasis more on HOW rather than WHAT. Also, the practice involves the process or journey that travel oneself from GROSS to SUBTLE.

By practicing with single thought, slowness of the motion of the body movement,
wakefulness with relaxation, awareness of all the layers of the body, with very less or
minimal effortlessness and finally one should be feel and experience expansiveness where there is Realization of the true self happens where the purification happens that connect to the higher level of pure consciousness.
